I bought instaink package from currys. I have enrolled on the subscription and it shows that it is active on my HP app. No printer errors however when I print no ink is coming out on the page. Please help!

- Does the copy print out the same way?
- What's the application you are trying to print from?
- Have you tried printing from a different application or device?

Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
