Insta ink account put on hold because no internet connection insta ink good not signed into internet

During beginning of COVID we lost power and I had a hard time reconnecting my printer and I had to put my insta ink on hold because I was not able to use the printer online. Now the insta ink will not come off of the printer so that I can connect it back up to the internet.

@Silva710 I need to know if you've cancelled the instant ink service? 

And if you're attempting to reconnect to its service now? or creating a new account? please elaborate.

  • Your HP Instant Ink account page contains the data on past deliveries and estimated shipments.  
  • It also helps you understand what state your cartridges are in based on HP's data,  
  • Any issues will be shown with its solution using a step by step approach, to make it easier for you!

Please check your account page to see the latest cartridge information by signing into your account at "instantink.com".
