I receved a new Ink cartridge, but doesn't work
Hp Printer: 5220 S/N: [Personal Information Removed]
Ink cartridge: 63/302 65 /304. I’m not sure if they shipped the wrong cartridge but the old one was simply labeled 65/304 and the new color one is bigger and labeled 63/602 65/305.

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.
Since you mentioned that, you got the new ink, and does not work. Is the new ink cartridge not fitting or is it not printing?
