I'm not going to go into my printer issues, I'm done with HP. But I have money in pages banked that I have not been able to use. My question is this...

I have pages banked,. I'm done dealing with my 2 printers. When I cancel service do I loose the pages I have rolled over?  Or do I get to use up the pages banked before I toss the printers?

When you cancel the service you are given the option to cancel immediately or at the end of the billing period.  In either case, once the plan ends you will not be able to print any more pages with Instant Ink cartridges installed.  If your printer is operational you can print the existing rollover pages up to the end of your plan.

Note that you will receive a final bill for the service after the service is compelte.  The billing for Instant Ink is in arrears, you pay for the month after the month's service finishes.
