Hi,
I noticed that I can not print black ink. However InstaInk service tells me that cartridge is ok and almost full. When I remove the black ink cartridge and print with color the text set to be printed as black color appears to be fine.
Some days ago the print was ok. So what is going on? Did black ink dried up or what? How can I inform InstaInk to send me new black ink cartridge even though the program shows cartridge as "full"?
I have tried printing test pages, cleaning the print heads, etc, and then manually cleaning the cartridge contacts as described by their website.
