Inkjet 8630
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Installed a depleted black ink cartridge in my Inkjet 8630  with an instant ink cartridge, and am now getting "The printhead appears to be missing, not detecte, or incorrectly installed. error code 0xc19a0040". Have followed all online suggestions, including resetting the printhead, printer. The firmware update claims it will not update, and my warranty has expired. Seeing as one of the Instant Ink cartridges caused this problem, shouldn't someone from HP address this issue? Very frustrated.
