Installed my black cartridge and no ink comes out when printing. Prints blank page

Installed a new Instant Ink black ink cartridge and it does not put ink on the paper. Acts as if it is printing, but comes out a blank page. Color works fine.

Did you try to clean the ink cartridge and check if that helps?
