Installed new 564XL Black Ink but it does not print black.Alignment failed. Cartridge are set to def

If you have already performed the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Cartridges are set to default quality. Is that why it does not print black or is it defective cartridge?

The quality does not affect the cartridge,this could be  a cartridge issue
