I have an HP Officejet Pro 8710. The printer works fine. No issues.

 

I recently replaced the colored ink cartridges and now the HP Smart apps says "Cartridges Require HP Instant Ink Enrollment". I purchased these cartridges off of Amazon.com. The product name is "Original HP 952 Black, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow Ink Cartridges (4 Count -pack of 1) |Works with HP OfficeJet 8702,OfficeJet Pro 772". They were sold by HP on Amazon.   They cost $100

 

I have replaced these before without seeing this message. 

 

I do not want to subscribe to anything to use the printer I purchased. I How can I use my printer that I have already purchased with the ink that I already have purchased?

If you do not want to use or enroll in the instant ink program or canceled recently and are unable to use HP regular cartridges, here's what you need to know & do:

 

If you have an instant ink cartridge on your printer, remove it and discard that, you can only use regular cartridges on your printer once you cancel the program.

 

That said, if you have trouble using regular cartridges, I recommend you turn off the web service using the steps from this link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04808536

 

when done successfully, check if it works fine.
