How do you avail of your 2-month instank ink free trial? I have been billed since day one despite setting up as instructed. Have also tried calling the help line, whatsapping the given number and using the virtual agent several times and have not received any human help or answers - it's a disgraceful service.

I cannot comment on "Whatsapp" - it is not available in my region.

Might be OK - might not.

One thing I gleaned from the video on the subject is that support might not always be available (not all hours / days).

Presumably, one's conversation is saved until someone can answer.  ??

Contact Instant Ink support via the Website for your region.

I would guess that "hours of operation" apply - that is, you may have to wait for regular business hours.
