It looks like some of the colors of my cartridge is out of ink but my Instant Ink account still says that it has enough ink. Result: unable to print and no new cartridge being received. I can't find a support contact to refer to in order to ask for a new cartridge. Anybody who faced the same issue and solved somehow?
