Instank Ink connectivity

This is a situation that I have 3 to 4 times a year.  My HP OfficeJet will disconnect from the internet, usually due to an internet blip or short outage.  I can get the printer back online with the internet, blue light on, ...  But I get a message on my printer that says I cannot print until I enrolled in Instant Ink.  I check my account, I am enrolled, my printer is flagged as not connected to the internet, I am looking at it - and it is connected.  Does anyone else have this problem??

Let's remove the web services: To remove Web Services using the printer control panel 1. From the top of the screen, touch or swipe down the tab to open the Dashboard, touch ( HP ePrint ), and then touch (Web Services Settings). 2. Touch Remove Web Services.

Once done, enable web services again.
