Instank Ink website not working

Hello, I wanted to register for Instant Ink, but when I select the free option, the screen just stays white and nothing happens. I tried several times already. Entering the PIN from the prepaid card and selecting the product worked fine. Is the page down?

Not at all sure...

This is a guess...

The input might be confused about you using a pre-paid card to opt for the Free Printing plan.

Pre-Paid card is likely meant to save you money on a selected plan (just guessing).

Selecting the free plan does not require a pre-paid card.

Reminder:

Yes, all is explained in the Terms of Service contract - the information here is meant only as FYI...

How does Instant Ink work?

  • Instant Ink is a Print-by-Page Subscription Service.
  • Ink is included at no extra cost as long as the subscription service is active.
  • READ information at the website and read the contract to understand the service.

Please do read the contract before signing up.

The people who save the most money subscribing to Instant Ink are those who print regularly, print more than a few pages a month, and print documents, photographs, training materials.   Teachers, lawyers, small offices, school work, photos, cards...

What is Free Instant Ink?  When is Free Available?  What is the "catch"?

  • The Free plan, where and when available, is a first-time / one-time offer.
  • Free is free as long as you stay within the allowed pages-per-month (15 pages each month last I checked, at least in the USA).
  • Free is not free if you go over your page limit - you will be charged for each "page set" you use over the allowed number of pages (10 pages each set?).
  • Once you accept the free plan, that's the only chance you get to stay on it.
  • You cannot leave "Free" for a couple of months and then come back.
  • You cannot choose a Not-Free plan, change your mind, and then skip back to accept the Free Plan.
