Back in March of 2022, I called to cancel my instant ink subscription because I wasnt using the printer as much as I thought I would and I didnt understand how instant ink works.  They told me that they will still charge me the monthly fee for the whole month, then they went ahead and charged me another month.  So 2 months of billing for 0 ink received.  This is a scam as far as im concerned.  Then the icing on the cake is that any cartridges you received you can no longer use even though you paid for the ink.  Absolutely terrible program!
