HP Envy
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello - Does anyone know out there (as I can’t find the answer to my question on HP help) that:

Is it possible that two HP Envy printers in different locations (one in Asia and the other in Europe) can have the same Instant Ink Account?

Hence, when either of the printers detects that ink is required, HP can send cartridges to either of my home addresses? I don’t use much ink; hence don’t really want to have two accounts?  I use Instant ink because of the convenience as there are no stores nearby.

I’d be grateful for any response.  🙂

Hi @Marky59

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

Since you have 2 printers at different locations, you should create 2 different Instant Ink accounts as one Instant ink account cannot have 2 different shipping addresses.

To know how to enroll in Instant Ink, refer to this document.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Thank you for the information.

As you are an HP representative, would it be possible to flag up my initial Instant Ink question to HP management so as my request/idea of a ‘multiple printer instant ink’ solution could be considered? Perhaps branded ‘HP World Ink’ or ‘HP Traveller’?

I am sure it’s technically possible for an intelligent network to communicate with two printers in different geographical locations.

I’ve already inferred that I would pay for such a service, provided it was less than paying for two instant ink accounts. I repeat that I’m a very light user but appreciate that ink arriving by post when it’s needed at two homes, one in Europe and the other in Asia, then this to me would be ideal. - This type of service, of course, may appeal to others.

@Marky59

I appreciate your feedback and would forward the same to the Instant Ink team. However, as of now, we do not have such an option. You will have to create 2 separate accounts.

Keep me posted for any other assistance.
