Instant Ink 12 month free not showing

inkjet pro 8035e

Hello when we bought this printer it came with 12 months of free instantink and when I registered we only received a 30$ credit. The 12 months free was a selling point for us so we would like to try and claim our 12 free months. How can I go about that being added to our account?
