Hello there,

I purchased my printer on 29th May 2020 (delivered next day). When attempting to register for a free 5-month trial on my android phone, the page skipped past this option and was unable to return to it. Now I can only find the 1-month trial on offer.

I chose this model printer as it had the features I required and offered a 5-month instant Ink trial.

I have both the HP Smart & HP Print Service Plugin apps installed on my phone; registered an account on Instant Ink, but it is only offering 1-month free trial.

Please can you advise I claim my 5-month free trial.

Purchased a new printer that came with instant ink preinstalled and a free trial of 4 free months. I never installed the new cartridges that came from Instant ink as I still had the free cartridges that came with my purchase. Never the less they began my free trial and used up my free months and are unwilling to adjust my account. Highly unfair, and as a mother of 4 foster children, put a damper on my enthusiasm for the program. I purchase a machine with ink and should be able to use that up before being charged, and customer service offered no reprieve in this matter. With these children about to begin virtual school, I could have spent that $40 in a better way than to be misled and disappointed. No way to email and voice my opinion either.
