I bought a HP ENVY Inspire 7200e printer and on the box it also said I would get a 9 month free trial if I redeemed it within 7 days of setting my printer up.  I enrolled right after as well, but was only given 2 months instead of the promised 9 months as well.  I would like some help too please!

I had the same issue and got it resolved by talking to HP's live chat customer support. Sign into your account and click under Instant Ink support. I think this link should take you there https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwijjr-f29T8AhXtHzQIHRToC1UQ_bwJKAN6BAgQEAg
