Instant Ink - Account & Ink Shortage

I had an email explaining that HP could not provide my next Ink delivery, also that I would get 3 months Instant Ink payments waived. So as I needed Ink I bought some from Amazon. Then 2 days later I had an email from HP telling me that my ink had been despatched. They day after an email from HP explaining that they were charging my Instant Ink account as normal. So now I have two lots of Ink and I am £41 out of pocket. I have sent a support enquiry 7 days ago with no response. Also the website has no contact telephone number. So all in all I'm very unhappy!
