HP OfficeJet 3830 e‑All‑in‑One Printer Series
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Provide the printer model number or the product number? HP OfficeJet 3830 e‑All‑in‑One Printer Series
Which operating system is installed on the computer to which this printer is connected? Windows 10 - 64 bit
Did you make a copy and check if that prints fine? I did. The black will print for the first half of a page, then will fade out and stop working until the next day, or some time in the future.

I have gone through the troubleshooting page. The only step that was not done is re-downloading drivers, as it stated that step was for color only. The printer is only a few months old, and I have only printed about a dozen pages with the printer.

On a side note: A new cartridge was bought, but it is not Instant Ink. Based on other questions, will trying this new cartridge cause an error since it will not be Instant Ink?

Thank you for your help.
