I have an OfficeJet Pro 9020. I signed up for Instant Ink about 6 months ago. The 1st black cartridge sent was showing a missing or damaged error. When I put the store purchased cartridge back into the printer, no issue. Got a 2nd replacement cartridge from instant ink and same error occurred. I’m about ready to ditch this instant ink thing. Firmware up to date, sensors cleaned, etc.
