HP Envy 5020
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I know this has been posted many times, but I still can't find a solution.

I have an HP Envy 5020 printer and it constantly says to connect to server to continue printing.  However in my instant ink account the Status constantly says cannot connect to printer, please try later.

I noticed someone mentioned this happens if the date is wrong on the printer, but I can't see where to change this.

I have a warranty until 5th September 2020 but my account says warranty expired, which makes me wonder if there is a date issue

 

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated as I'm getting to the point where I just can't print
