I have a HP OfficeJet Pro 8718 and a pay-monthly ink plan with you and the new and unused replacement yellow ink cartridge is faulty, displaying a "Cartridge problem: the new yellow cartridge is damaged", and my printer hasn't printed anything at all for a few weeks now.

 

I have tried all of the troubleshooting suggestions mentioned in your support centre but nonoe of them have resolved the issue. Please could you send out a replacement yellow cartridge? Many thanks.

Thank you for the prompt investigation last week and for sending out a replacement cartridge, received today.

 

The replacement cartridge has been installed and I'm happy to confirm that the cartridge error has gone, the printer is now working perfectly.
