I inserted the new color cartridge sent to me a couple of weeks ago today. It printed a page or so then I received an error message: "Ink Cartridge(s) Problem-The following ink cartridge(s) must be replaced". I have tried the tips given by your Virtual Assistant with no success.

What model printer are you using?
Which ink cartridge is giving the error, Black or the Color? You may try printing in single-cartridge mode to check the same.
As the issue is related to Instant ink cartridges, I need more information to help you out.
