What model printer do you use? Deskjet 3835
What is the error message that you get on the printer screen? Unsuitable ink
Are you able to bypass the error and try printing or making a copy on the printer? No
New ink is not working, tried everythink u said. help.

Is the printer enrolled in Instant Ink?
Try single-cartridge mode to identify the defective ink cartridge. Place one ink cartridge in the printer and try to print/copy and check if the error persists.
Let us try these steps to resolve this issue:
Make sure that the ink cartridges are compatible
Reset the printer
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
- Turn ON the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
Note: HP recommends connecting the printer directly to a wall outlet rather than a surge protector or a power strip.
Update the printer firmware

Also. perform steps 2 and 3 mentioned in this document.
