Instant Ink Cartridge Error

HP Recommended
OfficeJet Pro 8715
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a Yellow Instant Ink cartridge that I just tried to install that is showing a "Cartridge Problem" on the printer. I have followed all the steps suggested by the Virtual Assistant (printer reset, firmware update, cleaning cartridge and contacts, etc.) but with no luck at all.

I need to print for work and now cannot get any assistance - How can I get a new cartridge sent??????????

Any help at all would be much appreciated.
