Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

I completed a print project - about 30 pages and my black cartridge failed. I followed all of the troubleshooting steps to clean, update firmware etc and it still didn't work. I contacted HP and was actually able to get some help. I was sent 3 new cartridges (I have no clue why I was sent 3??) NONE OF THEM WORKED!!!! I sent 2 of them back and my old one, kept one new one just in case. I found a work around where I could remove the black cartridge and print using only the color cartridge. That was a JOKE! Now the error on my printer says that the color must be replaced. This is absolutely ridiculous! Can anyone help me with a solution that will get me printing again. Otherwise this printer is going in the dumpster with gasoline and an open flame......(I joke...sort of 🙂 )

@amimosty We got you covered, we'll help you with the new cartridge, don't you worry!

Although,you've cleaned cartridges, upgraded firmware and replaced the cartridges, there could be a few more steps that should resolve the issue, which is why I suggest you go through this article and perform the suggested steps: click here for details.
