I have a printing plan including instant ink supply. I have a error on the colour cartridge of the printer. I have completed, several times, all of the suggested fixes offered to correct the problem, nothing has worked. This has left with one other solution, replace the colour cartridge, I cannot because I haven’t been supplied with a replacement, and one will not be sent because of the error on the cartridge! Can anyone offer a source to order a new cartridge? It shouldn't be such a difficult solution! I'm in Germany by the way and I normally use the German website for Instant Ink. But any help would be appreciated.
