Today I've started getting a "cartridge problem" error for my black cartridge. I've tried all the troubleshooting steps as shown on the support website for this error with no resolution (cleaned contacts on cartridge & printer, pulled power chord to reset printer, inserted cartridge). I would like to request a new black cartridge as I don't have one on hand.
