Instant Ink Cartridge Problem

Please help!! I have a "cartridge problem" error for my Instant Ink cartridges. I've tried all the troubleshooting steps as shown on the support website for this error with no resolution (cleaned contacts on cartridge and printer, pulled power cord to reset printer, etc). Instank Ink login says I'm  offline despite the fact I've gone through all the steps suggested. I have not receieved new cartridges as I am supposedly not connected. I have almost had enough now and am considering a new printer from a different company.

I have similar issues I keep getting the message enroll in the instant ink program which I have already done as they sent me the cartridges but call centre not open at a weekend 🤬

Looking at the recent messages there are many people suffering from this problem! So frustrating. Do you have the phone number? or is it just for people with printers in warranty? Thanks.

  • Your HP Instant Ink account page contains the data on past deliveries and estimated shipments.  
  • It also helps you understand what state your cartridges are in based on HP's data,  
  • Any issues will be shown with its solution using a step by step approach, to make it easier for you!

Please check your account page to see the latest cartridge information by signing into your account at "instantink.com".    

If the suggested information can't be found, You may respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly
