Hello. I had an instant ink cartridge not recognised by my printer. As an emergency I bought one from a shop, and was hoping once it ran down to get a replacement cartridge. I received an email from HP saying that I have a cartridge from a previous shipment - yes - but that was the one that would not work and I threw it away.
I am still paying for instant ink - but not getting any. How do I get more ink, or do I just cancel the service (clearly the fault logic doesn't cope with things like this). Thanks
