I have been paying into this program for over three years and have not received a new color or black cartridge yet. My black cartridge is getting lighter and lighter so I think it is time to replace it. However the printer says there is still ink in the cartridge. How can I get a new cartridge? This program seems to be a money maker for HP with very little benefit for the consumer.

@JoeG04 Perhaps, I should help clarify that the ink is only shipped when the existing ink depletes below the reserve level, and if you haven't been printing a lot and thus, have a good amount of ink in your printer, HP will not ship new (free) cartridges to you, that said, if you are constantly connected to the internet and the ink is below 5% as per yous Instant Ink account page, we should be able to ship new cartridges automatically, if that doesn't work, we can help you, manually! don't you worry!
That said, here are a few things you may want to know about your HP Instant Ink account page before we get into the details of resolving your concern: Click here for FAQs.
