Instant Ink Cartridge error after putting in new tri-colour cartridge

Hi,

 

I have been using the HP Instant Ink cartridge since February 2019. I see the ink level on the tri color cartridge is very low and it shows as a Cartridge Error in my account page. The customer support is not helpful too.
