Instant Ink Cartridges Not Sent

Hello, 

 

I have not been sent a colour ink cartridge since July of 2019 (7 months ago). The colour ink cartridge has been empty for at least a couple of months now, but still no new cartridge has been shipped. The black cartridges do get shipped as needed, but not the colour. When I check the  supply levels, the colour cartridge shows as empty (no error messages or other issues), so why has no replacement cartridge been sent? The printer is online and connected. I've gone through the virtual assistant and other options to remedy the problem but there does not seem to  be any way to prompt the system to send a replacement.
