My Blank Ink and Tri-Color Ink cartridges show 50% used but my black ink cartridge isn't printing at all and the tri-color cartridge is streaky.

I have tried cleaning both over 7 times using the clean & deep clean function.

I have some non-Instant ink cartridges that work fine so I know it is just the Instant Ink ones having the problem.

If only the printer can order replacements how do I get replacement ones for the ones which aren't working?

This Printer uses HP 63 Ink.
