Hi, I have an Instant Ink contract. I replaced my colour cartridge today, but it's not working. Says the cartridge not communicating with the printer. I have seen a previous reply, so I've reset the Printer, wiped the cartridge and carriage contacts - all twice. Still no joy. How can I get a replacement? Not able to find a way to request this, and so I'm completely stuck. Thanks.
