Hello. I have a Deskjet 2655 printer. I received the instant ink cartridges in the mail in Jan 2020. Today (May 2020) I installed the instant ink 65 tricolor cartridge, but the new cartridge was not recognized and the cartridge light on the printer kept flashing. My old 65 tricolor cartridge, although the ink level is low, is still recognized and can print, so the printer is working fine. It's just the brand new instant ink color cartridge is not working. How do I get a replacement instant ink cartridge? Thank you.
