hello, how can I get "Instant Ink Druckereinrichtung code" to access the free printing plan.

My printer only print half of the page always and I dont know how to solve it. I wanted to buy a new cartridges but it is not easy  they required a intant ink code, I just bought the printer ENVY 5020 one week and it does not work well
