Hi! I'm trying to enroll my printer in Instant Ink, but keep getting the "This printer is already enrolled in HP Instant Ink" message. It is a previously owned printer, and I know for a fact (and have confirmation) that the previous owner removed the printer from their HP Instant Ink account, so it shouldn't be giving this message.

I have also tried resetting the printer itself to factory settings, but when I go in to the app to enroll, I'm still getting the message that I can't.

Am I missing a step to resetting my printer to factory so I can add it to my account?
Thanks!
