I get my ink cartridges via Instant Ink. I have a faulty ink cartridge and have been through all the recommended steps...taking the cartridge out, cleaning the connections, unplugging the printer. Nothing worked. The final step in the instructions says to replace the faulty cartridge, but the great mystery is...HOW? i have wasted hours of my life trying to find how to get a replacement via Instant Ink! There is nothing on the website (that I can find). The virtual assistant is pretty useless and the other chat function simply doesn't work.
I'm not going to get anything send automatically because on my account page it says that until the error is fixed nothing will be sent. But the error can't be fixed!
Help someone please! I need to be able to use my printer.
