Solved!

Instant Ink Free Trial Not Showing

HP ENVY 6032
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I Bought a HP ENVY 6032 from Currys on 5th January 2021 and on the box it says a free 5 month trial of instant ink, yet when i log into my account it shows me what i will be charged if i install the new cartridges. No mention of free at all

 

Can someone help?
