I am trying to set up instant Ink however i am getting the following message
"Web Services Setup in Progress
The printer is currently setting up Web Services.
To see the current status of this process, click "Refresh".
i have pressed refresh and i am getting the following message
"Network Problem
A network problem occurred while the printer was trying to connect to the Web Services server.
Click "Troubleshoot" to diagnose the problem, or click "Close" and fix the problem later"
The printer is connected to the network and i can print via this.
i have tried doing this via the web browser but also via the HP Smart app a

I understand you are not able to enroll the printer in the Instant Ink service due to this error.
Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue - Cannot Connect to Web Services
Refer to this document to know how to enroll the printer in Instant Ink.
