Approx. a year ago, I received an email from HP advising that when I was ready to replace my current HP printer, I was eligible for a $50 loyalty credit if I purchased any HP OfficeJet Pro printer. I did purchase such a printer, speicifically I purchased an OfficeJet Pro 8034e in early Nov 2022. The email stated that when I enrolled the replacement printer in my Instant Ink subscription, I would receive the $50 credit. I have so enrolled the printer, but after 2 weeks have passed , no $50 credit has posted to my account. Furthermore, the offer stated that the $50 credit was in addition to any other offers, credits, etc. and that any rollover minutes I had would also be transferred to the new printer. I have discussed this with HP Instant Ink support personnel who stated that they could no assist me but would escalate the issue. Been waiting to hear from the escalations dept for a week now.
