Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8022e All-in-One Printer

Same issue as AN Other poster - I have been trying unsuccessfully to register for Instant Ink in France, even though France is listed as available. Every time I try to register my address in the HP "Smart App"  the only country option is UK. I purchased the printer here in France  This is most say how frustrating. HP Support do not seem to have a solution - The previous poster (Moodygreen) said that he had fixed the issue but doesn't say how-any advice gratefully received-Thanks
