Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I started using instant Ink and now my PrintHead is saying there is a missing or Failed Printhead.  Anyone else has this issue?  HP Support can you help rectify this issue.

Instant Ink has nothing to do with the error. This error indicates an issue with the printhead.

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue - Error Indicates Faulty Printhead

 

If the error persists, I'm afraid the printhead has gone bad. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer. 

 

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
