Hey there! @JB531,
Are you using all the regular ink cartridges on the printer?
You can use HP compatible cartridges purchased from a store on the printer, instead of HP Instant Ink cartridges. If any of the ink cartridges installed in your enrolled printer are HP Instant Ink cartridges, then the pages you print are counted as plan, rollover, or additional pages.
Also, if you are using even a single instant ink cartridge on the printer it will still count the pages and you will be billed unless you replace all the ink cartridges with regular ink cartridges.
“Your Instant Ink account page has data on past deliveries and estimated shipments. It also helps you understanding what state your cartridges are in based on HP’s data. Any issues will be shown with steps to fix. Please check your account page to see the latest cartridge information by signing into your account at “instantink.com”.
If you are in need of ink cartridges, Please share us few details through a private message. So I can check the account details and ship you the replacement ink cartridges.
