HP ENVY 5530 e-All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am a subscriber to the HP Instant Ink program.  Today I received a tri-color cartridge in the mail.  However, I already have one;  I was expecting a blank ink cartridge, as I do not have one and am expecting said cartridge in my printer to go out soon.  

 

My question: How/whom do I contact to request a blank ink cartridge, and by hopefully by doing so, get my automatic refill back in sync with my printer usage? 

 

FYI, I am using this support medium for assistance as my printer is out of warranty.
