THE HP Instant ink program is extrememly unfair.  I had to get a new HP printer because the one I bought did not work properly. I spent several hours on the phone with the nice people in the Phillipines and I had to send my old printer back.  Then I got a new printer but very soon left for Arizona for the winter.  Unfortunately I had signed up for the Instant Ink Program earlier.   I tried to cancel several times but I COULD NEVER TALK TO A REAL PERSON to try to solve my problem. So I just assumed I would be able to use the ink when I got back to my home.   BUT Nooooooooooooooo.  The ink cartridge I did receive would not work as the date has passed.  I was charged for at least one month of ink I NEVER got also.   So I paid for two months of ink that I couldn't use.  What a rip off and HP should be ashamed at how that program is run.   The online chat stuff does not help and it is difficult at times to ever talk to a real person.
