I have an HP Envy Photo 7134 and am getting the message Cartridge cannot be used until Printer is enrolled to HP Instant Ink. This has been working fine for nearly two years, but recently I changed my email provider and broadband line number and I am wondering if this is causing the problem. When I get through the re-enrol I get the message that the printer cannot be found. Does the IP address of the printer change when I make changes such as those above. If so, how do I re-enrol. The Wifi is working on the printer.
