I have the HP Envy Photo 7155 on Instant Ink and have just run in to my first problem. It keeps saying "Cartridge Problem". It is indicating that my tricolor cartridge may be damaged or has failed. I have followed the walkthrough and my firmware is up to date, I have removed the cartridge and cleaned the sensors appropriately, put the cartridge back in, reset the printer, and it is still giving the same error. I have run out of things to try but the virtual assistance just keeps looping through the same trouble shooting. How do I get a replacement cartridge through instant ink if it is not able to read the cartridge appropriately?
